Family law litigation can be very expensive which unfortunately limits access to legal services for many individuals who require representation. In order to make our services more accessible, Python Legal, PC does not maintain a brick and mortar office so that we can offer our services at reasonable rates when compared to the industry standard for the Bay Area,

In addition to providing exemplary client attention, it is our goal to make your experience with us as convenient and cost efficient as possible by incorporating technology in how we manage your file and communicate with you. We believe that the success of any case is dependent on the strength of the attorney-client relationship, which begins with transparency, and open and honest communications.

PAPERLESS OFFICE

To the extent possible, Python Legal, PC is a paperless office and we maintain client files electronically for environmental reasons as well as providing our clients with access to their documents with ease. Each client is provided with a private “Team Folder” where documents can be freely exchanged electronically in a safe and secure manner. The goal being that our clients have unrestricted access to their documents so that they are empowered to fully participate in their cases.In addition to ease of access to documents, maintaining a paperless office helps to eliminate costs associated with copies, postage, fax, and courier services when possible.

REMOTE MEETINGS

We represent clients from all Bay Area Counties, Southern California, and Michigan. Depending on where you are located, coming to San Francisco for a meeting may not be convenient as it involves tremendous coordination which may be disruptive to you daily routine in addition to the uncertainties that are inherent with family law matters: commuting in traffic, taking time away from work, paying for parking, or flights and a hotel, and securing child care.

We recognize the realities of balancing your day-to-day life with the demands that family law litigation will make of you and offer to meet with you via Zoom, Google Hangouts, or Facetime at a time that is well-suited for you, including outside normal business hours. While you are moving through the litigation process with us, we want to ensure that we can make your experience as convenient for you.

DIRECT ACCESS

We believe in mutual respect and offer direct access to us. Family law matters are emotionally charged and we recognize that there are times when clients need the peace of mind that comes with getting immediate answers. Our team is prepared to communicate with you via Slack or text to ensure that you are not left in a state of panic because a phone call or email was not timely returned.

Being available to you via Slack or text also allows us the opportunity to work together in real time to maintain momentum on you case. For example, if we are drafting documents on your behalf and have a quick question, sending you a Slack or text for an answer is less disruptive than making a phone call. Similarly, if you are running late for a scheduled call or meeting, you can Slack or text so that we can plan accordingly.
